Environment Day

World Environment Day


Every year on 5 June celebrated as World Environment Day, is an United Nation's principle vehicle to spread awareness and action for protection of our environment.

World Environment Day is observed from 1974, for raising awareness on emerging environmental issues.

Over 143 countries participate in the campaign to spread awareness.

Every year there is a new theme for the world environment day celebration. Theme are based on current emerging issues from marine pollution and global warming to wildlife crime.
