Vegetarian Baguette Sandwich

Hello Everyone!!! How have you all been??

I am back again with a sandwich recipe. Hope you all gonna like it. Please do share your comments/ feedback on same. I have been waiting for them since long.

Alright lets get started with today's recipe. Today we are gonna make a vegetarian baguette sandwich. For those who don't know about what is baguette let me give you some information.

A baguette is a long thin loaf of French bread that is commonly made from basic lean dough. It indistinguishable by its length, crisp crust and soft from inside. It is orgined from french. Now it is easily available in India.

Vegetarian Baguette Sandwich 

Ingredients :


1 baguette bread
Melted butter to grease
2 tbsp bell papers (red, yellow, green)
2 tbsp french beans
2 tbsp carrots
2 tbsp sweet corn
2 tbsp cabbage
2 tbsp onion
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
3 tbsp ketchup 
2 tbsp chilli sauce
2 tbsp mayonnaise 

Steps to follow:


1. Cut the baguette bread into small pieces. Scoop out the inner bread to fill the filling inside.

2. Grease the bread with melted butter and toast them in oven at 200 c for 5min.

3. In a pan take some oil, and sauté all the vegetables.

4. Add some salt to taste and a pinch of black pepper.

5. Once the veggies get warm add the ketchup and chilli sauce to it. Also add mayonnaise and mix well.

6. Fill the bread with filling and garnish them with the veggies we used.

Hope you all are doing well.....

Today i am gonna share with you all a basic indian cutlet recipe. First of all cutlet is a snack that people over here in India enjoy in afternoons.

Cutlets are crispy from outside and soft from inside. They taste really yummy. It is also everyone's favourite snack during monsoon.

Let's get started with the recipe. Please share your valuable feedbacks on my posts.

Basic Cutlet Recipe

Ingredients :


5 Boiled and mashed potatoes
4 slices of bread
1 onion finely chopped 
1/4cup boiled  green peas 
3/4cup grated carrot 
1/2 cup cabbage finely chopped 
1/2 cup poha wash lightly and keep in strainer.
1 tspn red chilly powder
1 tspn aamchoor 
1 tspn jeera powder
1 1/2 tspn dhania powder
Salt to taste


Steps to follow :


Mix all ingredients together and make a dough

Make small balls from this dough and flatten lightly in shape of pattice. Roll in a rawa plate.

Keep aside for 1/2 hour 

Deep fry till golden brown and remove on tissue paper.

Serve with chutney and tomato sauce.

Crunchy Yummy Cutlet 

Can you imagine biscuits that taste as exciting as any of Indian cutlets or pav bhaji? Well, here is a creation that will just about fulfill that dream! Salted biscuits with a topping of tomatoes, onions and mixed vegetables sautéed in butter and perked up with tomato ketchup and coriander, is sure to be quite interesting to the palate. One thing to keep in mind is that you can keep the topping ready, but should assemble the Mixed Vegetable Topping on Salted Biscuits just before serving so that biscuits remain crunchy.

Crunchy Yummy Cutlet 

Ingredients


24 salted biscuits3/4 cup finely chopped and boiled mixed vegetables (french beans , carrots and green peas)1/4 cup finely chopped onions


1/4 cup finely chopped tomatoes
2 tsp butter
1 tsp finely chopped green chillies
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
1/2 tsp chilli powder
salt to taste
12 tsp grated processed cheese for sprinkling



Steps to follow : 


  1. Heat the butter in a broad non-stick pan, add the onions and green chillies and sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute.
  2. Add the tomatoes, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute, while stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the boiled mixed vegetables, tomato ketchup, coriander, chilli powder and salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  4. Put a little mixture on each salted biscuit and sprinkle ½ tsp of cheese evenly over it.
  5. Serve immediately.
